"Kickstart
Your Fitness" As the first few weeks of the new year slip by, are your fitness resolutions slipping too? Or perhaps you got off to a good start but need to know where to go next? It may be time to reassess your goals and motivation. 'Resolutions are often a reaction to what we don't want, rather than what we do,' says sports psychologist Andy Barton, 'We focus on the negative, especially after an over-indulgent festive season, but resolutions based on a desire to "punish" yourself are unlikely to succeed.
